Terms & Conditions

Accepting any payment arrangement constitutes an agreement with Terms and Conditions as shown on the Dakota Global Logistics, Inc. (DGLI) website and this document. It additionally authorizes DGLI to inquire of bank and trade references to evaluate or update the Customer’s creditworthiness. Additionally, the Customer shall hold harmless from any liability due to disclosure of credit rating information. If credit terms are extended in reliance on the information provided herein or within a credit application, the Customer agrees to pay DGLI for services, net 15 days, and agrees to pay all invoiced charges, as well as the cost of collection/legal fees. Should a lawsuit be commenced, Customer agrees such lawsuit may be brought up in a competent court in the County of El Paso, State of Texas, and waive the right to any other jurisdiction or venue.
Dakota Global Logistics, Inc. will facilitate all Freight Claims through the Carrier Claim Process. Customer shall hold DGLI harmless for any freight claim, although DGLI will facilitate all claims in good faith. Payment to Dakota Global Logistics, Inc. will be processed regardless of Claims submitted. Any Additional Freight Costs due to inaccurate freight information by Customer will be charged to your account as a Re-Billing. Orders will be fulfilled upon receipt of accepted Payment Terms and Order Confirmation. Customer agrees to Re-Billing based on inaccurate DIMS by and through payment terms.
